School Support Services

Parent Concerns

The School Support Team members become fully acquainted with each school administrator and his/her school in order to help problem solve and offer suggestions for improvement. With this first-hand knowledge of the schools, the Directors communicate school needs to other departments for support and quick intervention.  This knowledge of schools and school leaders also helps the Directors resolve parent concerns.

Parents with a concern should first attempt to contact the appropriate personnel at their child’s school.  Teachers, guidance counselors, social workers, and appropriate administrators should be given the opportunity to address the matter and provide parents with a resolution.

In the event that the school is unable to provide a resolution, parents should contact the office of School Support to express their concern.  The information you provide will be given to the Director of School Support assigned to your school.  The Director will make contact with the parent and the principal of the school in order to bring resolution to the concern.

If you have a concern the first step is to contact your child's teacher, counselor, or appropriate school administrator. If you do not reach a resolution, contact the school support office to submit a parent concern and a School Director will contact the principal and parent to bring a resolution to the concern. The number for the office of School Support is 9106782495
